Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to ALL of the terms and conditions listed below.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION

  • Payment is due within 3 days of being confirmed for a commission. If payment is not received within that time, then that spot will be lost.* 

  • No part of the piece will be started before payment has cleared.

  • I accept Paypal payments in USD only. No exceptions.

  • I reserve the right to change my prices as I see fit. In-progress commissions will not be affected by the price changes.

  • If an in-progress commission is canceled, you will be refunded for all work not completed. For example, if you have paid for a full-color piece but I have only completed the linework, I will refund you the difference. You will not get your money back for the lines since I have already done the work.


*I know sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If the payment will be more than 3 days, please contact me to work out the details. If this becomes a reoccurring issue, then I will have to hold you to the 3-day limit with no exceptions.

GENERAL

  • Know what you want. Please have an idea of what you want when contacting me and be ready when moving forward with a commission. Commission information must be relayed to me within 3 days of claiming a commission slot. 

  • Major changes ( ie, pose, positioning, etc.) are allowed while a piece is in the sketch phase only. I contact you throughout the commission process to make sure that you are happy with the work so far. If you give the go-ahead to move to the next step, then you are agreeing to what has been completed by that point. Minor changes can still be made before the piece is finalized.

  • Please be available to discuss works in progress in a reasonable time. To get your piece completed quickly, I need to be able to contact you to make sure there are no changes that need to occur. Please be able to get back to me within 3 days. 

  • Commissions will be done in the order I see fit. It is not a first pay/first up basis unless otherwise noted.

  • By commissioning me, you agree that you own or have permission to use all the characters, settings, objects, etc. requested.

  • ​Unless otherwise agreed upon, I retain the right to post work-in-progress and the finished images anywhere I see fit, including on social media platforms.

MULTI-PERSON COMMISSIONS

  • If there are multiple people involved in a commission, please choose one person to communicate with me as a designated contact. This person will be the person who reserves and pays for the commission and will be my point of communication for the piece going forward.

  • All Work In Progress(WIP) images will be sent to the designated contact. It is their responsibility to share this information with the other parties and tell me of any alteration requests. If a request comes from someone other than the designated contact, the request will not be honored. If the point of contact approves the WIP, I will proceed to the next part of the piece.

  • It is not my job to mediate between those who get a commission together. If there are personal issues between the parties involved, they need to be worked out between yourselves. My job is to provide artwork, not mediate arguments or discussions. The above requirements will not change because you do not want to talk to the point of contact anymore.

TIME FRAMES/ UPDATES

  • You have 1 month from the completion of the piece for minor changes to be made on a case-by-case basis. If I have to change the linework there will be a fee, but something like eye color, for example, can be done for free. 

  • I try to get all pieces done within the month that the commission is taken, but sometimes this is not possible. Please allow up to 3 months for a piece to be finished.

  • Update requests are welcome, but please keep the number of requests reasonable. Messaging me every day will not make me work on your piece any faster.

RIGHTS AND REFUSALS

  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

  • I have the right to cancel your commission at any time, for any reason that I see fit.

  • I retain full rights to the artwork.

  • Reposting your commission is allowed and encouraged. Please post a link back to the original artwork or credit me in your description, and do not crop out my watermark.

  • No other ToS will override mine for my artwork. Please be aware of this and, if you cannot comply, please do not commission me.


 

STREAM

  • I reserve the right to stream pieces at my discretion. If you do not want your piece streamed, please let me know.

  • Requests to have a piece worked on only while streaming work will be handled on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to refuse such a request.

  • Please understand that this request will greatly increase the time it takes for your piece to be completed.
